What will I find in my Premium Snack box?

We hand pick only the finest Premium Snacks to put in all of our boxes and guarantee that everything has passed our rigorous taste and satisfaction tests! Please see the box description to see the typical contents of each box.

What snack box options do you offer?

We offer both one-off boxes and monthly subscriptions.

How long will it take to receive my box?

Your box will typically be put together and sent out to you within 1-2 working days. It should then take a maximum further 48 hours for your box to be delivered to your door.

What if my box gets damaged?

Whilst we do all we can to ensure our boxes reach you in good condition, if your box arrives damaged then please let us know straight away. We will try to replace your box or if that is not possible we will offer you a refund.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to UK mainland addresses only. For international enquiries please contact us.

Is my box recyclable?

We take recycling seriously and all of our boxes are made from 100% recyclable cardboard.

Are the boxes suitable for people with dietary requirements or allergies?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the products in our boxes are completely free of traces of nuts and other allergens as they are provided by independent producers. For this reason, our products are not suitable for those with severe allergies. We understand that this may not be suitable in some cases and would recommend that you gift any unsuitable products to your friends or family.

Do the box contents have expiry dates?

The amazing snacks inside each box typically have a Best Before Date of at least 30 days from delivery of your order. Best Before Dates are indicators of product quality, not food safety.

Do you do bespoke boxes for employers/employees?

Absolutely! We love working with employers to send gifts to their employees. We can work with you to put together own branded, bespoke gift options. Please contact us for further details if you are an employer who loves rewarding your employees...

How do I get my products into your Snack Boxes?

We're always looking for more amazing Premium Snacks... if you have a business with products that you think will pass our taste tests then we'd love to hear from you!
